Objective: Manage the tackle contest
Principles: Retain Possession/Go Forward

5:00-5:15pm: Passing Warmup (5 people w/creative play) and Dynamic Warm Up/Head/Neck Stretches

5:15-5:30pm
Activity: 1 v 1 Score the Try – 4 lines w/ruck shields
KFA 1) leverage w/body weight 2) eyes forward to make contact
Focus: accuracy in rotation
Progression: Body roll, body sack, clear out

5:30-5:50pm
Activity: Suntory 2 Touch – need two touches to go to ground, tagee and taggers can contest, all time scrumhalf
KFA 1) shoulders above hips 2) 2nd player leeches on 1
Focus: Count balls stolen by counterrucks
Progression: Part Drill – Groups of three, call color cone, contest ball at breakdown

5:50-6:15pm Backs/Forwards Split – MiKayla w/backs
Activities: Defensive focus – counter-attack off kick
KFA: 1) watch ball into hands 2) anticipate coverage
Focus: Switch Directions to Run
Progression: Increase pressure
Forwards – Lineout – Pod triangle into full 5 reps
KFA: 1) small step and explode 2) tight core in air
Focus: Count revolutions w/success
Progression: Pod triangle to reps w/full 5

6:15-6:25pm – Semi-opposed w/ RGBY/Flow
