Feedback: Increase aggression at contact point, focus on learning different positions
Objective: Improve drive over at the breakdown
Principles: Go Forward

6:00-6:15pm: Passing Warmup (5 people w/creative play) and Dynamic Warm Up

6:15-6:35pm
Activity: 5 v 2 v 3 (tag) – continuous play through channel w/contact at last phase
KFA: 1) low to high on the drive 2) commit defender to create space for support to move through
Focus: Keep track of how many make it through
Progression: Add in more opposition w/

6:35 – 6:50pm
Activity: Scrum Touch – 1 v 1 w/all-time scrumhalf, on the tag, ball is tossed to SH who calls CBS, and puts the ball in, opposition competes
KFA: 1) traps back, pelvis tilt 2) short steps on the drive
Focus: Point for winning the drive (keep score), two points for a try
Progression: two tags needed to call scrum

6:50-7:35pm Backs/Forwards Split – Sierra and Mikayla go w/forwards, use Lauren for jumper option
Activities: Basic starter moves
KFA: 1) focus on change of pace when needed 2)
Focus: Switch to different positions
Progression: 3 quality reps, then progress to next
Forwards – Lineout – pod race, then 3 reps, and switch
KFA: 1) explode up in the jump 2) breathe and aggressively go after ball in air
Focus: movement from several locations
Progression: Add in fake, and ball to front lifter option

7:35-7:50pm – Semi-opposed w/ RGBY/Flow
