6:00-6:15pm: Passing Warmup (5 people w/creative play) and Dynamic Warm Up

6:15-6:35pm
Activity: 5 ball game w/2 touch and pass – players move through a gate after score of turnover for 5 sequences of possession
KFA: 1) low body height 2) behind last foot
Focus: Count tries awarded
Progression: full-contact

6:35 – 6:45pm
Activity: Blind Dot Dot Dash – w/partner, get from one end to the other to score a try
KFA: 1) specific communication 2) tone and trust
Focus: Race to get across
Progression: w/defender and Leech (groups of 4), w/clear communication, blow whistle and add in score the try and pencil ball placement

6:45-7:20pm Backs/Forwards Split – MiKayla w/backs, Sierra w/ Forwards
Activities: Defensive focus – handling balls in air, working to counter attack, have opposition run switches and manage decisions around handling misdirection
KFA: 1) watch ball into hands 2) green space coverage
Focus: Switch to different positions
Progression: Increase pressure
Forwards – Lineout – Pod triangle into full 5 reps
KFA: 1) small step and explode 2) tight core in air
Focus: Count revolutions w/success
Progression: Pod triangle to reps w/full 5

7:20-7:35pm – Semi-opposed w/ RGBY/Flow

7:35-8PM: Cool Down Stretching
