6:35 – 6:45pm Activity: Blind Dot Dot Dash – w/partner, get from one end to the other to score a try KFA: 1) specific communication 2) tone and trust Focus: Race to get across Progression: w/defender and Leech (groups of 4), w/clear communication, blow whistle and add in score the try and pencil ball placement
6:45-7:20pm Backs/Forwards Split – MiKayla w/backs, Sierra w/ Forwards Activities: Defensive focus – handling balls in air, working to counter attack, have opposition run switches and manage decisions around handling misdirection KFA: 1) watch ball into hands 2) green space coverage Focus: Switch to different positions Progression: Increase pressure Forwards – Lineout – Pod triangle into full 5 reps KFA: 1) small step and explode 2) tight core in air Focus: Count revolutions w/success Progression: Pod triangle to reps w/full 5
