6:00-6:15pm: Passing Warmup (5 people w/creative play) and Dynamic Warm Up

6:15-6:40pm
Activity: Gaelic Football – only three steps, then must kick, can kick to yourself to move. Kick in soccer goal
KFA: 1) scan upfield 2) lock ankle on ball strike
Focus: Count tries awarded
Progression: Link arms w/partner

6:40 – 7:10pm
Activity: Walking Rugby – 2 even teams, full field
KFA: 1) commit or get out of the way 2) Call your tag (hit)
Focus: Count line breaks
Progression: whistle goes to full field touch

7:10-7:40pm Backs/Forwards Split – MiKayla w/backs, Sierra w/ Forwards
Activities: Rythm passing, progress to starter moves on attack
KFA: 1) catch w/finger tips 2) small talk
Focus: Switch to different positions
Progression: All hands reps – how quickly can we get the ball out
Forwards – Scrum reps
KFA: 1) pelvic tilt 2) eye/head neutral
Focus: Drive cadence
Progression: Rep, run, repeat

7:40-7:50pm – Semi-opposed w/ RGBY/Flow

7:50-8PM: Cool Down Stretching
