6:00-6:15pm: Passing lines/Dynamic Stretching warmup

6:15-6:35pm:
Activity: Team Run – RGBY/Flow Attack
KFA: 1) flow same direction 2) burst through gaps w/change of pace
Focus: Penalty signals
Progression: change positions

6:35-6:50pm:
Activity: 3 v 1 v 1 – continuity w/defense
KFA: 1) choose area to attack to create space 2) support runner uses space created by attacker
Focus: count successful reps
Progression: add another defender, 3v2v1

Activity: Unit Skills
6:50-7:25pm: Forwards – Lineout Race – cross-field
Backs – Re-starts w/new positions

7:25-7:45pm: RGBY run through

7:45-8:00pm: Walk through/Cool Down/Stretch
