Technical/Tactical – wear navy drifit shirt, and rugby shorts
Time/Session #: 4:00-5:30pm, Technical/Tactical Session
Feedback: Increase passing distance
Objective: Focus on passing/receiving proficiency, and defensive tracking
Principles: Apply Pressure/Possession

4:00-4:15AM: Warm Up – partner warmup

4:15-4:30pm:
Activities: Passing Lines – 5 people – cross pitch – wider distance
KFA: 1) Point at target 2) Step to the pass, off train tracks
Focus: Count number successful lengths of the pitch
Progression: Face each other and run in opposition

4:30-5:00pm
Backs/Forwards Split
Backs: Starter Moves – w/opposition, switch focus to defense
KFA: 1) call my hit 2) dot dot dash to commit
Focus: Count quality reps
Progression: 3 quality reps, move on to next starter move
Forwards – Scrum/Lineout series and focus on drive call
KFA: 1) jumper first step angle in front vs. across tunnel 2) thrower activate core to increase length/accuracy
Focus: Switch focus to how to defend lineout
Progression: Move into phase play

5:00-5:20pm – Semi-opposed w/ RGBY/Flow
