9/14/2017 – NEED 4 HIT SHIELDS, TACKLE RING, BALLS, CONES
Attire: Training Jerseys

Feedback: Clear out physicality and small talk
Objective: Match Preparation/Increase physicality at breakdown
Principles: Gain possession/Go Forward
5:00-5:15PM:
Team Walkout – 2 minutes first – small talk while walking
4-5 player passing w/opposition – add in whistle, ball placement and defenders w/hit shields contesting (4, then switch)
Dynamic Stretching
5:15-5:35PM:
6 v 2 v 2 Gauntlet – need 4 ruck shields and 15 meter wide channel
KFA: 1) dot dot dash to commit defender 2) create separation to hit shield w/shoulder hit
Focus: Defense attempts to poach w/shield
Progression: stagger the hit shields
5:35-6:00PM:
Backs/Forwards Split: Unit skills
Backs: Starter moves w/opposition, add in ruck support w/opposition (Hit Shields)
Forwards:
Scrum: 1v1 to 1 v 2, into full 8w/opposition from 2 different marks (Switch after first 2)
Lineouts: 4 w/opposition from different sideline locations (Switch after first 2)
6:00-6:15PM: Tackle RX – 4 players in a 5×5 grid, w/2 hit shields to poach after the tackle – need tackle ring
KFA: 1) Line integrity 2) drive over the ball
Focus: Note flat line
Progression: Add in hit shields
6:15-6:25PM: Team Run: Start from kickoff, scrum start, lineout, penalty
Transition possession at the breakdown
Focus on getting back on penalties
