Time/Session #: 4:00-5:30pm
Feedback: Increase small talk, launch
Objective: Develop aggression in contact point to retain possession
Principles: Apply Pressure
Equipment: 4 hit shields, balls, cones, pinnies, water

4:00-4:15pm: Passing/Dynamic Warmup w/whistle and over the ball

4:15-4:30pm:
Activity: 5 v 2 v 2 – 15 × 15 wide channel, all defenders hold hit shields, attempt to pass before contact
KFA: 1) off the train tracks 2) square shoulders in contact (if)
Focus: 7 minutes, count successes, try to beat score
Progression: add in 7 attackers, widen grid

4:30-4:50pm
Activity: Ruck Progression – groups of 6, 1 bag holder, 1 takes into contact, 2 clear out, 1 picks and passes
KFA 1) low to high 2) scan and neutral head
Focus: race to finish first
Progression: Play bag tag – 2 teams, 2 hand touch, all time defense for 2 minutes, then switch

4:50-5:10pm Backs/Forwards Split
Activities:
Backs: Blind Line integrity – groups of three, middle person has eyes closed, set group of cones to get through, progress to starter moves
KFA: 1) specific verbal comms 2) press up instantly
Forwards: Scrum drive cadence and reps
KFA: 1) active core 2) tension w/in units, and as a whole

5:10-5:20pm – Semi-opposed w/RGBY

5:20-5:30pm: Cool Down Stretching
