Uniforms: Wear Royal Blue dri-fit shirts, Rugby Shorts
Time/Session #: 6-7pm, Recovery/Decision Making Session (Sports Complex)
Feedback: Improve decision making
Objective: Enhance quality of decisions made in open field play
Principles: Go forward, Continuity
Equipment Needed: Balls, Cones, Pinnies, Water bottles

6:00-6:15pm: Passing/Dynamic warmup

6:15-6:30pm: 4 v 1-2-3-4 (Tag)
Activity: 4 players on attack (facing away), 4 on defense/attack at opposing try lines, coach shows number of defenders, on “Go” players move forward to attack/defend (2 grids – coach stands in middle)
KFA: 1) attack space 2) support hits gap at pace
Focus: Count number of tries awarded
Progression: Increase to 6 attackers

6:30-6:50pm:
Activity: 10 v 10 Backs/Forwards Reversed Rugby League (thud tackle (not to ground), then back up 5 meters, scrumhalf picks at base, Zero ruck, defense can launch)
KFA: 1) line integrity on launch 2) attack gaps w/pace
Focus: Extra point for try scored by support player
Progression: Switch back to original positions

6:50-7:00pm: Relay race (if time) and yoga/cool down
