4:45-4:55pm: PMR Exercises

4:55-5:10pm: 4-person narration passing (5 minutes) lead into dynamic stretching (Asiah P.)

5:10-5:20pm: UK Strength Routine (Led by Bella A.) – 10 jump squats, 20 jumping jacks, 20 T jacks, 5 4 square single leg hops, 5 reverse lunge w/overhead reach, 5 sectional spine rollouts into hand walkouts w/push up, 10 m bear crawl, 5 full arm plank shoulder touches, 5 mountain climber w/trunk rotation, 5 cobra to seal, 10 clam shells, 10 resisted neck crunches

5:20-5:35pm:
Activity: 7s 3rd man decision drill – 4v2, sprint to line turnaround, hit tackle dummy, and roll away to get to feet, 2nd person decide to contest, if you make progress, line has to adjust, or decide whether to drop back in the box, and
KFA: 1) scan for attackers 2) shift over to cover post area
Focus: High-level of communications
Progression: Switch the attack to defense numbers

5:35-5:55pm: Lineout w/transfer to 1st receiver, backs develop specific starter moves off 1st pass

5:55-6:10: 7v7 full opposition Tag

6:10-6:20pm – UK Strength Routine (Led by Maddie d’O. – 7 minutes) – 5 Sun Salutations, 5 Worlds Greatest stretch each side, 20 Crunches, 20 L Side Crunches, 20 R Side Crunches, 20 Leg Raises, 20 Penguins, 20 V Ups, 20 Fire Hydrants (each side), 20 Donkey Kicks (each side).

6:20-6:30pm – Cool Down/Stretch Routine (Led by Abby T.)

Finish w/positive affirmation/announcements led by Bridget M.
