Feedback: Improve ball handling and transitions
Objective: Increase accuracy in ball handling and set pieces in transition
Principles: Continuity, Possession
Equipment Needed: Balls, Cones, Pinnies
Equipment Group: Ruby – Bella, Kelsey, Ella, Chesney, Kim, Miranda

4:30-4:35pm: Paper, Rock, Scissors Entourage

4:35-4:45pm: 3 person passing line – full court twice – dynamic stretching led by Abby T.

4:45-4:55pm: UK Strength Routine (Led by Bella A.) – 10 jump squats, 20 jumping jacks, 20 T jacks, 5 4 square single leg hops, 5 reverse lunge w/overhead reach, 5 sectional spine rollouts into hand walkouts w/push up, 10 m bear crawl, 5 full arm plank shoulder touches, 5 mountain climber w/trunk rotation, 5 cobra to seal, 10 clam shells, 10 resisted neck crunches

4:55-5:15pm:
Activity: 2 groups rhythm passing (3 feet away) – 1in pinnies, others shirts for progression
KFA: 1) catch with pads of fingers 2) sight target
Focus: Count up to 6 then back down
Progression: At call, sprint to line, leave balls, and numbers/color called will attack

5:15-5:40: Activity: 2-3 lineout groups w/3 receivers/2 defenders – progress from set piece to 3 on 2
KFA: 1) watch ball into hands 2) sight target and lead pass
Focus: Count successful line breaks, and clean lineout transitions
Progression: Add in opposition to lineouts (pull from defense)

5:40-5:50: 7v7 w/full opposition – pass immediately on the pass, backup 5 steps on defense

5:50-6:00pm – Cool Down/Stretch Routine (Led by Abby T.)
Finish w/positive affirmation/announcements led by Bridget M.
